Declaration of Personal Data Protection
Information about customers is kept in compliance with respective laws of the Czech Republic, especially with Personal Data Protection Act N. 101/2000 Coll. as amended. The restaurant of Villa Rosa uses all data collected from customers merely for the internal use and never provides them to a third person. Without express assent of the customer, the restaurant of Villa Rosa disposes the data only in the scope permitted by Personal Data Protection Act, namely by section 5 subsection 2 b) and by section 5 subsection 6.
